1) Favourism for employees based on regional and location matches with manager. 2) Frequent project changes for laterals as people working since long or joined as a fresher forms a lobby,gather the knowledge and get difficult work completed by laterals and resources will be moved again in another project for similar tasks. 3) I feltlike ,one should not join this organisation,if he is looking for stable and long term opportunity and he is not tamil,telagu,malyali etc. 4) They do not bother about others capability and talent and it should be appreciated by some way,it is considered as normal for laterals....Read More

Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager forsomething after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world.....Read More

They will tell in interview that this role is for IC and make you to agree to the band which is lower than your experience level and after goin there they will tell you to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will beworking under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night....Read More

Wipro is not an option, if you really want to thrive in your career. Nobody will care about your interest/experience of work. They just need headcount in the account that will generate revenue. if you are not related to work profile also They'll ask you to work in unrelated account and squeeze money out of your hardwork from clients. They will not even take preproject assignment interview, If you take time to understand which will in turn effect clients delivery. Wipro project team will do micro management and make sure the person will go through Hell until the work is complete and as a Bonus they will hold the Appraisal. So if you are fresher this best place to work. But for experienced people this is just nightmare. One of top MNC and is just a bluff.
