Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager forsomething after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world.....Read More

They will tell in interview that this role is for IC and make you to agree to the band which is lower than your experience level and after goin there they will tell you to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. They made a rule on 2022 ,if you are on bench for 45 days ,then from 46 days to till you get a project no salary,once you get project and billable from that day your salary will count .This is 90 days drama and if you don’t get project within in 90 days then Tata Bye Bye

They keep giving opportunity for training and learning...so if you are interested in that its good.

I had previous experience with wipro which was good but now itsl has degraded a lot. No projects available. Because of their fault you just stay in bench and waste time then they kick you out. All because they dont have projects for you. Would not recommend to join if you dont have client interview. Then you will be on your own to find project.
