Wipro has lots of projects and does need employees every time. You will feel secure both physically and mentally Mainly focus on quality of services and is a very good company to start with.

Dislikes

Doesn't give proper hikes and promotions as you are supposed to. Also won't help you to change your domain/technology of interest. Restricts you towards only your work. You will get some courses and modules to learn, but won't have enough opportunities to get into your desired domain or switch domain.

Nothing, wipro is mostly a gamble, if you get a good project you get to learn else you are stuck in free pool doing nothing

If you are a fresher, your allotment to a project is not defined by your domain but entirely thier needs, you might be a cs major but they might give you support role.

Luckily I got into a good project with Mercedes Benz RDI as client. Good experience with the client, but with Wipro, I got no benefits.

Dislikes

No hike for 2.5 years! Not even a single rupee hike was provided for both freshers and experienced employees.
