Interview process is quite simple

Work environment is not good at all. They are never satisfied with your work nor recognises your hard work & the efforts you have putten. It was a daily routine to get scolded for everyone working here no matter what's your position even our assistant manager has suffered a lot. They just keep demotivating you & get your moral down.

There is no such factor to loke this company especially Chennai location

Wipro Chennai location especially not a good work culture firm, there is a partiality amon the Chennai and outside Tamil people, Manager always point out non locals who are out side Chennai people....job security is very worst...Manager is not a supportive person, they only supports Tamil people.

Nothing as much, company should ask their project managers to adhere company policies instead ask employees to follow managers instructions Many time we have opportunities which managers don't allow us to grab that due to work load and other reasons

Ever heard of a living wage? No? Neither has Wipro. I was an idiot to have spent 8 years of my life working for an organisation that was built as an engine of exploiting it's employees. It is unreal that I stayed being optimistic in that dystopian setup. But I do thank them for the learning opportunities. I had no option but to learn because everyone and everything was a constraint.

I was working with Meta Process. Management is really good and they have always got your back. Performance is appreciated if you are a good/average performer by the top management. Multiple improvement opportunities and training provided to help you cope up with your performance.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Since the top management is good you wont face much problem. Appraisal is really low 2-3% or max 5%.

Job security is very pathetic. Work culture not good and management is very rude. They never negotiate your notice period which you have to complete there. If you are lucky enough you will get a good manager.

Wipro is one of the best MNCs list. They have good projects in their bucket. If you are starting your career you can choose Wipro.

Dislikes

There is nothing dislike in Wipro. Just one thing if you will start your career from starting like after college might be you'll get little bit less pay, but you will get good work life balance and satisfaction also.
