Job Description
- 5-8 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise scale applications
- Proven responsibility for delivery of core components of that enterprise scale system.
- 3+ years in a team lead role responsible for software/solution delivery
- Experience of recruiting, building and running a team of 4-10 developers
- Mentoring developers at different levels of experience
- Solution architecture and design
- Strong oral and written communications
- Experience of delivery within a Scrum Agile framework
- Experience in translating complex requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Excellent python coding skills
- Ability to critically review code and designs
- Good knowledge of relational databases data modelling principles and SQL
- Good level of understanding and practical experience using ORMs and other data access patterns
- Experience with building REST Apis using modern frameworks like Django or FastApi
Additional / good to have:
- MongoDB experience – practical data modelling and access patterns using Python.
- Frontend development experience – ideally using Angular 12+
- Analytical tools experience – Pandas framework
