Very few people understand and support us.

Dislikes

Majority will be the pressure put through loads of targets, increasing the expectations without increasing the targets. Three chats are no joke here. No proper tools and navigations to make 3 chats easy, have been into 3 chats for 3 months not but I don't feel anyone in TTEC could get comfortable with that ever.

Only working environment is good and that is because all colleagues are thinking te same about the company. Mostly finding better opportunities and not willing to stay longer.

Dislikes

There is no Job security and promotion is shown and told only but not implemented. Moreover there is 0 work life balance and very frequent changing of policies which makes it very difficult to meet clients target.

I have worked with Ttec for around 4 & half years, work environment is really good, you will feel like the company os your second family, everyone is supportive. You will learn alot of things in such familiar environment without much pressure.

Dislikes

The only thing which is concerning about Ttec is incentives and salary increments. Growth opportunities are there but you have to struggle for that alot.
