They give misleading information at time of interview to outstation candidates like cab facility, salary, working days etc. They dont provide offer letter in virtual interview. They give offer letter on day of joining in the office and salary mentioned in offer letter is much less than what was discussed in virtual interview. Very problematic for outstation candidates

Everything. They mentioned working days would be 5 days but in reality its 5.5 working days and 9 hours 30 minutes shift per day without any cab facilities

Dislikes
Job security is not meeting as per the expectations. They can terminate you even in the middle of training after giving you offer letter.
This organization is good for initial work but for long term it it terrible job.

This is my personal opinion and I would like to say about that there is a psychological pressure from your seniors side to do your shift or job , If you are giving good score to your TL or their seniors then you will get your leaves or other benefits like extra time to go for break and half day and all the things, I do not like that why they decide for employee leaves on the basis of the scores they already get monthly leaves and they have rights to take it, and the other things is that I observed My last ACCM did not coach my DSAT's and CSAT's (Dissatisfaction survey and satisfaction survey) they jumped into me in BQ, It is called you will get a some time period in which you have to improve your score if you fail then you will get another chance to improve yourself then you will be terminated, Here is no job security and mind pressure also. Some people good there and some not.
In our batch, 2-4 people did not resign, apart from this other batches also came and left. My question is why did they leave the job so quickly, what was the reason for them?...Read More

Nothing. I absolutely hated working there. The environment is so pathetic and management is really poor. The are always standing on our heads to get a call ended or to pitch a sale. They'll issue action pointers for the mistakes you've done and you'll get them anyways if someone from the management doesn't like you.

An environment full of addicted chain smokers, interdepartmental politics and worst employee care department full of dumb basterds who pressures their employees to admit the non compliance which they haven't committed 😕. If you are introuble they won't help you they want jst their work. Lifts are not working water not coming intaos washroom not cleaned due to if your work impact they won't listen.

Working at TP was an incredible experience the environment was dynamic and innovative thanks to Mr. Amit Katihar’s brilliant leadership. The perks were outstanding, free PS5 and VR gaming, pool, snooker free food, never had a organisation like this best Organisation ever.

Dislikes
Poor work culture. Managers still believe in command and order which kills creativity of the employees. Promotions are based on how’s your relations with managers and not on performance.
