Lots of Politics and double standard by management. They show they follow rules strictly but that's only for lower and middle management. Internally top management does lots of manipulation. Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. If not then that IJP would be cancel and fresh IJP would be roll out for them only. There are plenty of mis-management that even if I write whole day then also time would be less....Read More
