HR management is good but recruited is bribing
Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

Full ac almost 16° celcius. Employee shivers in cold but as manger wants no one can complaint about it.
Recently got promoted as MIS executive (tried for almost 5 years, and after getting promotion got to know that my manager was playing favourites and that's the reason I failed in 16 test). But no proper handover of role, TL, AM, Manager don't have any idea about what is going on in department. I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.
Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

The job security is good.
The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. I did not like any of the teleperformance staff. From Tl to manager, no one manages the work load and creates work pressure without any reason. As if they do not need to work, they start finding faults by picking up random calls of employees, just like if you are driving a car on the road, you are not following some rules or the other.

I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.
I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
