Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

The job security is good.
The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. They can hire more then 400 people at a time.
1.They can serve notice period as per their preferences without any discussion 2.In hiring process they will lie you and give you fake promises and then they will not provide the bare minimums. 3.Salary is very low for freshers to experience person. 4.The behaviour is very rude and bad by the the admin ,bhr , trainer and everyone.

I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.
I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
