I like nothing about TP its a places with Officials having a mentality to abuse and misuse there hierachy. A PLACE FULL OF POLITICS if you raise a ticket against anyone due to there bad behaviour the whole floor will make you pay for it even the hr who should help also will threaten to remove the ticket

Girls has high probability of getting promoted faster compared to boys, all they need to do is build an inappropriate relationship with there managers which becomes a great advantage for there career growth.

HR management is good but recruited is bribing

Dislikes

Politics is going on from AM level (Grade 3) to Sr. Manager (Grade 6), very cheap politics is going on floor. Job is not secured as if you will put your points i. Front of AM then he will make your life hell on floor and try to break your strength with political play role.

I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs

I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. Job security is always there if you have completed basic training and moved to Ops team there will not be any such problems. Promotions are fare. If you have your targets met and a good behavior with all you can definitely get help. Work life balance are good.
