According to me and others, Very bad experience on this organization, No job secure, every persons switch to other company within a days and month, office politics, No manners HR recruiter Shivam 398 building and HR rude and shit behavior to own employees, management treat employees like dog. And so many hates of this organization.

Dislikes

The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend

The work culture is bad and specifically abt ijp rolled out they give to people they know who is working there for many years and no appraisal and salary is very less for all the roles that’s there . Hr over there is a problem creator and it is not employee centric at all. Not good environment to work. A very dirty place to work

Dislikes are high however Point no.1 There is no fun party if they contected also it would come to our ears .. When client visit that time they game employee of the month not every month .Food court lot of cockroaches.. Their canteen also very worst hair in puff and samosa I showed it to that vendor... In that canteen food rate snacks rate are too high... Toilet are very worst while flush the toilet some drainage also came with water.....Read More

Teleperformance is well known company and I was happy to work in the company. My maximum experience was fantastic with TP.

I dislike the management of Teleperformance. Their is no any management for employee care. HR and EC department are not able to take any decisions in favor of employees. All the department are dependent on higher managers, who are doing partiality and favourtism with the employees according to their religion. After giving of 6 years of loyalty and stability to the company, I'm facing issue of racism, disrespect, managers showing down to sikh religion and comments on character. They always want to go on trips with female employees, but after denying them they doing all the things which impacted on professional life. There was not any plan to leave the company but managers giving lots of mental stress everyday by saying alots of inappropriate and unprofessional words. So at the end I'm forced by them to resign. Their is no any right to speak about these issue, because their is no rule against the management. Also they are not paying for overtime what employees did as per business requirements, which is totally against the labor law. Now they are creating problems in full & final settlement. I just want fair decisions on all of the above and want to clear my overtime and final settlement along with experience letter....Read More

If you are there at this point in time then it's the lowest time of your life. They say work from home but there is no proper support and if something happens it's on you. Worst management. 0 work life balance.Be aware of everyone in the management and hr puja kundu is the worst.

The only thing which was positive in this company was my Team Leader. He was really helpful and rather than that I will call this place rotten to core.

Everything. This company will destroy your work life balance, they do not have any sick leave if an employee is feeling unwell they will force you to work for them. You literally have to beg for your half day or leave. And if you are not close to the AM (Assistant manager) or to OM ( Operation manager ) you are not getting anything.The process I was working for was amazon domestic special LOB queue. The most shouting manager was Sneha Pandey, she is like a 🦎 cold blooded women and her right hand Tania Gorai who is a red witch. They will make sure that you are not happy. Even if they get to know that you are happy in your job life they will definately take initiative to destroy that attitude of yours. After these two frogs, there are 🍑lickers all around them who will satisfy them in any manner. Another TL is Ravi Shankar Singh, this dude is the defination of egoistic bulldog. He behaves with his employees like servant. If you take morning shift he will not let you even eat your breakfast and try his absolute best to kill you in hunger. On the other hand he loves to make foods for our beloved lady lizard (Sneha Pandey). If tou don't want to destroy your career/health/ mental health/ethics don't come around. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company.
