Hello everyone, this is to bring to your attention that I have worked there for almost a year and a half and so far, what I have observed so far was the work culture, the fantastic management who is willing to take care of you in each and every situation. Additionally, I am very grateful to be a part of this organization. If you are willing to move forward, then there is no stopping here.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Experience might differ from person to person but my experience with the organization is fantastic.

1. No accountability from senior side 2. Blaming the juniors 3. Abusive environment 4. Too much pressure 5. Complete 8 hours working and hardly gives the break even washroom breaks 6. Seniors give fake promises.

The wrost HR and the IT team. they took 5 days for simple updation of the software that led me to come to the team on regular basis just to sit and listen to theier excuses. No one takes responsibility its bad than the government hospital. please try to gain more skill and find any other organization 🙏

Little bit I can say job security if you are not on contract paper. I think Teleperformance Mohali Punjab location is good compared to Teleperformance Bangalore. I know corporate politics is everywhere.

I don't like to work to Teleperformance Bangalore Smart work techno Qube. Special WFM manager toxic and egoistic person. Currently I am working but I am on notice period.

Most worst management they always provide fake promises no coordination is there between the management and the management don't think we are human they think we are robot who can work 24 hrs without any battery.They also ruined the personal life and professional life both...so be careful before joining teleperformance kolkata for any process, specially Tataplay.

The management is not good if a person like me get a chance to manage a process like I adobe in teleperformance I think I'll handle better because the managers they are not focusing on agents and their work they are busy in their internal politics and because of that it impact for I can say hammer the all over process

Trainer (Janvi Parmar) of CIBIL process is not professional. She plays love games with her Trainees. She mix personal and work life together. She does partiality while giving leaves to trainees.

I don't like anything, they are asking negative amount of 12,600 for rehiring . so i dropped joining there. They told am x employee of TP but i worked only 2 days, 3rd day to attend funeral they not gave leave...they told to join after 3 month if i take leave..so i left organization .again i gave interview they are asking 12,600 rs

I like nothing about TP its a places with Officials having a mentality to abuse and misuse there hierachy. A PLACE FULL OF POLITICS if you raise a ticket against anyone due to there bad behaviour the whole floor will make you pay for it even the hr who should help also will threaten to remove the ticket

And also it's depends on the process as well in which process your as working for.we do agree in every sector politics happened but in TP About this I have no words to write... I like all the Teleperformance environment. A very good place for a fresher employee.

I don't like Teleperformance support staff because they don't want anyone to get promoted and never help. I was selected for a Team Leader role after one year and completed my training along with 10 other experts. However, I waited for six months, but they never provided me with the Team Leader documents
