Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Everything is to dislike only because they will fire uh any time they want .. and if some one is dead in your house they will also fire uh because they don’t have feelings atleast for the one who is suffering they just focus on their business

I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

Dislikes

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Hr's are selfish....one hr named shubam is so selfish that I kept on telling him that I was not satisfied with my salary.... he kept on giving me false hope to increase it... but never did....later had to leave on doj.... hopeless

The first thing salary is on time Collegues are very friendly also my senior which was working morr than 1 year when i have joined

Sometimes if my score is not met so my team leader told you to go for offline on working hour or not provised any down time if deficiate increase 20 min so i have to login 10.20 pm , if i already inform to the Team lead before 3 months i have to attend a marrige party but end of the he denied to give any leave

Work place is good for en employee and tech Mahindra is place that you grow ur career here but In my case nothing like that I joined noida sector "62 A8-A knowledge boulevard tech Mahindra" and my HR is gargi yadav and Paras also siya I really think it's a good place for fresh employees but not because in my training period HR removed me from my batch without any reason told me. A8-8 knowledge boulevard tech Mahindra sector 62 noida I joined recently this company but here HR behaviour not correct they select a candidate and anytime during training they do anyone unselected I really told u tech Mahindra is good place for employees but HR BEHAVIOUR SO RUDELY I joined tech Mahindra after clearing interview and i joined my training and after 5 to 6 days HR removed me from my batch without any reason any they told me I send u another branch of tech Mahindra when we go there so another branch of tech Mahindra HR they told us sorry i can't hire u....Read More
