There is nothing likable here. Trust me this is the worst organization in the world.

This is an extremely pathetic company. Work environment is worst. I was released by the company on 27th JAN 2021 as I joined TechM on contractual basis. They are not providing me my relieving documents and service certificate. I have sent n number of mails to the HR and to the concerned team but there is no valid response I'm getting. They only reply one thing that I have some pending amount to pay. I'm unable to join any other organization because of this. I have been sitting idle at home and can't join because they are not helping me. HRs here are good for nothing and don't even reply to my mails. Management is extremely pathetic. Office and work culture is worst , those who are in a higher level post they just try to take advantage of people , appraisals aren't good here . Pathetic experience.they give good salary in other tech Mahindra location but in odisha they just dont want to pay people .

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good
