It provides better opportunities to go up, However only after 12months we can try for appraisals.

Hectic pressure. We'll have highest call flow in which if we logged in for 8 hrs we'll have continuous call flow.Not even 1minute to relax after a call, we will get second call within second. Moreover we'll have odd timings, normally we'll login in between 1:30-3:20am which is too pathetic.

Good work environment. Teammates were helping and understanding, in time supervisor support. Good break management which reduces work stress. There were huge cafeteria's in every block. Huge play grounds were available for cricket and badminton. Many gardens were there to relax, swimming pool and Gym too.

Dislikes

PLI grid was tough, but I achieved it. There was a strict and tough police for getting promotion, which restrict us from getting promotion in short span of time, it was difficult but not impossible to achieve in long run. Playground, Swimming pool and Gym was there but due to COVID we couldn't access them. Company was good in providing facilities like this, it's just the timing was not....Read More

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. I worked with two systems and multiple tools. My Batch was the first batch trained in multi skill. I worked for almost 5-6 dept at the same time. It took some time to understand each dept work and their tool but it got handy
