I have been working at sykes for more than one and half year now. The most important thing I experienced here is no work pressure. Team mates and superiors are always available for even minor help. Work culture and staff around you quite friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to process. Management is highly transparent where you can reach out to them without any hesitation. There is not much to dislike, the only thing they can change according to me is providing good packages and increments to all the employees so that 98% good can be changed to 99.9 % excellent company

There is no proper cafeteria facility and no hike as well. No job security, people who are looking for a good carrier growth and development of their skills and knowledge is waste of time for them to try over here. Good place to start as a fresher, can learn a lot of new things.Team leads and managers are lot more helpful. Work timings are excellent.Best part is managers understand employees problems if any.

Work pressure is high.Employees have to attend office on weekends as well.sometimes, an employee has to work for a month continuosly without a leave thats what they call it as over-time.salary is low no increment.no facilities provided to employees just have to concentrate on work no extra activities.
