There is a lot of polities and the msnagerment doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow. There is a bone of 2 years before which youcannot resign. One the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Management!! Alot of politics. You (A TL)'ll be out of the company if you don't work according to the management. Career growth is good but salay hike isn't cool. Many more complaints. Yet it's growing.
