Nothing big, if you’re working in this Company, be ready for to work 16hrs per day for somedays in the months

Dislikes

Everything is utter disgusting, this company how to deal with client but they choose to suffer the agents who are working in their company in the name of Mandatory OT’s, no food, no night shift allowance atleast they do not have good canteen to eat excep in NSL building, if you join this Company, you’ll be regretted for sure.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
