The only thing I liked was, colleagues at my office.

The work culture is pathetic and the management is so worst that they don't care about employees. I still wonder how clients are working with this company. This being a BPO company, the least they know is satisfied employees lead to satisfied customer service. The management is only good at giving un relatable logics. All the departments in this organization, starting from training to Manager and director of Sykes India need to first have some common sense and the last thing for these guys is the Humanity. I don't think anyone except who is in dire need of job or money, needs to join this company. There needs to be a negative star for this organization to rate. Honestly speaking! I see the bunch of opportunities for me to learn and enhance my skills with sykes. Also, we both would benefit personally, professionally and financially. There is not much to dislike, the only thing they can change according to me is providing good packages and increments to all the employees so that 98% good can be changed to 99.9 % excellent company
