The work atmosphere was great. I actually enjoyed going to work each day. I felt leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations.

Dislikes

I felt that the opportunities for me there were limited by the structure and size of the company.

Work Details

My work profile was little challenging. I used to handle customer disputes. I had access to open customer account and made help them accordingly. After 8 months I was shifted to Maintenance department. Overall it was a great leaning experience.
