It's a good job for every individual, inbound as well as outbound calls, same time documentation on being on call. Work culture was good because I was having very good colleagues but can't say about appraisal, I worked for a year only.

Dislikes

Strict shift timings, break timings are fixed, rest everything was good as compared to other BPOs.

It was good job, manager was very friendly and we was getting weekly holiday as per our requirement.
