Its a good company to learn new technology and boost your skills, mentors are very supportive always guided to the right path. Overall good firm to work.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very slow and sometimes delay long even arrears are not provided. Not providing flexibility to work from near offices while employee can attend near offices so they can be more productive.

Dislikes

A bit of the politics which goes about(which happens everywhere in all companies), can do more on cultural activities and team activities. Don't like that we have to pass an internal interview again to prove our knowledge to get a project (which may or may not work always). Sick leaves can be applied only if its > 3 days.

While I appreciate many aspects of working at LTIMindtree, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. Firstly, there is significant scope for better appraisal discussions to truly understand employees' needs and to offer a more competitive hike percentage. This has been a growing concern as many employees havestarted to leave for other better opportunities. Additionally, the cab facilities could be enhanced, especially by providing two-way transportation. The reduction in festive events and goodies post-COVID has been also noticeable and has affected the overall employee morale. Moreover, there have been no bonus phases for employees and introducing reimbursement options for internet usage and also for any external courses, would be greatly beneficial. The cessation of the Employee Motivation Fund after COVID, which previously supported team lunches/dinners and outings has impacted team building and could be a major factor in encouraging more employees to return to office....Read More

Salary hike for employees working in LTIMindtree more than 8 years, is very very less. Company should consider to increase the compensation for old employees to retain. Because old employees understand the organization better which would be beneficial to company in long run. Even though we ping the HR associated to us in Ultima Works portal, they wouldn't respond.
