Nothing to like as of now .Even your manager is not going to help when you are need of any billable role

There is no job security at all. Till the time you are billable you are safe and the day you are not align with billable role you will put into Bench and have 60 days to find project on your own otherwise forces to resign on 60th day

I have been associated with LTIMindtree for past two years and have had a great working experience so far. The company is quite customer oriented, and it reflects while working with senior management. My concerns were heard and acted upon on time. I really loved the "Shaktee" initiative that was conducted last year to empower women employees and fill the skill gaps faster.

I haven't come across anything that I doesn't like about the company.
