Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.

I got into really good team with great colleagues and good managers. Job security is good till you are in project. But there'll be 60 working days of bench period if not on any project

Dislikes

Could have given negative or 0 stars for salary benifits and hikes. Forget about good appraisals or promotions. Promotions are just for sake of designation without any monetary benefits. You'll get to hear about all expected jargons and blunders like "external factors" and budget. There'll be no consideration of the amount of efforts you're putting in. Hikes will be arbitrary figures without considering anyone's efforts or contribution. HRs are just for sake of designation. Starting with the work life balance, can work from all around the India with limited time in the company. As much I heard salary benefits are nice. LTIMindtree is one of the company which has a good talk about job security of an employee. It has food benifits and travel benifits as similar to other companies. As a fresher I can share this much only.

We need to go office for two days and need to sit there for minimum six hours, I think that can be changed, and also the sick leave policy we cant take a single day sick leave only minimum 3 day's sick leave is available and also with the proof so, I think that could be have been better.

Freedom at workplace. Non-toxic and peaceful environment to work. Colleagues are also very helpful.

Friday fun-activity is conducted online, if it will be offline then there will be much fun and one more reason to go for office on Friday!

I was on maternity leaves for 6 months and later I got special need leaves for 6 months which was greatest gift to me from the organization. I really liked this policy of the organization and feel really blessed to be part of such organization.

I am working with Mindtree from past two and half years and I did not have any dislikes about the organization.
