Company culture, flexible work from home and flexible from office, benefits both financial and rewards. As a whole LTIMindtree is a great place to work.

Dislikes

All good but if company considers the infra hurdle a bit would help a lot. I feel two gaps: 1. While working in Hybrid mode of Yin-Yang model, one fine morning when you wont reach office you may not find a seat to work from office. Then you pick some transport and run to other building. Still luck may not favor when you reach to theother building. 2. Even if you manage to book a seat you may not find a place to park your vehicle. Having no option to return home. Cheers. LTIMindtree has seat booking app where you can book your set in advance, but nothing such to book you vehicle parking. Fantastic. Leadership is aligned with the vision of the company, thereby encouraging resources to get adequately trained in relevant technologies. Employee are respected and their personal life is respected inspite of heavy work pressure. Senior management is willing to listen to employee woes.

Dislikes

When recruiting new employees in higher packages, HR Management should consider existing employee's salary gap as well.

Post merger the culture has been screwed. MindTree had a very good collaborative culture which is now completely gone. People at actual leadership level don’t have any idea about the trouble at delivery level and even if they have they are not doing anything to handle that. Currently everybody is just waiting and watching.
