Salaries need to be in Par with the industry, also we have been only looking at certifications to address the skill gap in the last one year so there is no opportunity for other certifications. Promotions have not been happening in regular cycles, we have approvals from account teams for progressions however the % of promotions at each of the business units are very less and this is bringing in lot of dissatisfaction amongst top performers. The idea of Flat, Fast & Focus is not really being followed, there are still many approvals required even for the smallest requirement. We are not working as one kyndryl, each business unit has its own policies for eg - utilization targets are different, resource allocations are again based on different markets and makes it very difficult for movement between markets, the affordability ID should be completely removed to ensure we have good resource movements and opportunities....Read More

The transparent culture and encouragement along with empathy shown to employees is real and remarkable . You feel that your voice is heard and your view matter irrespective of you role/seniority. Also open culture is helpful to being innovative ideas and get instant support in a start up like environment.

Work ethics of some managers and mid seniors is widely poor. I haven't experienced the promised flat culture in the past 3 years. Promotions, appraisals and employee wellbeing is not taken care of. The loyalty and time an employee has dedicated to the company is not appreciated.

In My 3 years of diligent service to this company, What I got in return of diligency & hardwork is I was benched, got no project and finally I was asked to resign without any proper & Justifiable reason. Team Leads & Managers bench employees for personal vendetta, For speaking up to injustice/misbehaviour at workplace. These people don't deserve to be in any workplace.

If there was an option of rating less than 1 , I would rate that to this organization, specifically the work culture of this company. Illiterate Team leads, Managers are running Teams and illiterate employees are being hired. With no communication, etiquettes.

Kyndryl is good company, they provided me WFH from last 2.6 years but now they asking to Work from office

Project is not that much of good, and my new manager behaviour I don't like he simply forget humanity and giving only work pressure
