Company is going through some bad phase. Lots of employee released from the Job due to non availability of the projects. Too much regionalsim, Senior leaders are removing junior leaders to safe guard their salary. One mad UK leaders are changing his decision now and then. All together very bad situation interms of Job retention.
Domestic team has having lots of Job openings but they do not allow international team to give chance in their space.
But still company is getting different different award . I have no idea how they are getting it.
