I've an issue with my TL. I want to continue my work.

Dislikes

I want to continue in knoah but due to the work pressure putting on me by my TL. Who is so rude and I've got mentally stress by my TL. I 've asked to change my process but he was not helpful at all. I want to work because this is the best company except my TL.

I have worked for 3 long years and never felt that there are any missing criteria, it follows all the rules and regulations which a company required, a trusted payroll team, structured management, organized workplace, friendly colleagues, supportive senior team leads, the best part is "HR team" who are always there for you to provide any support needed, experienced trainers.

One of the worst company you could ever ask to work for, no etiquette and no employee management.. Before joining here make sure you get it to your brain to work for 6 days even if they say you 2 weeks off. They ask you to work like a "Donkey", and they simply say it's a client requirement with a fake smile. That client requirement lats for an year.

Average work environment & I would not call culture at all Teammates are always supportive Worst management I have ever seen in my career 😑 HR is for name sake but of no use, if u tell them the concerns they will say one statement " will get back to you " but they don't as they already know that There is an Yearly appraisal depending upon performance score card but don't expect much bcoz u will be disappointed after u look that. Forget about Bonus, night shift allowances, sadaxo coupons, no free food. Cab is free by God's grace 🙏 Carrier growth depending upon process and then politics will be involved as we all know about this 👍 so let's forget the Carrier growth also. There are no best things about this company to describe. Unfortunately few processes we for micromanagement which is so disgusting 😕. I don't give any advice to people who are reading this but just want to tell u guys that don't expect much from this company bcoz end of the day you will definitely be disappointed 😔 ..soo Think Wise and choose Wise .
