A Team Lead
Product companies usually have a better tech culture and learning curve. Do you see long-term growth in Offer 2?

An Ops Executive
IMO, Hyderabad might offer a higher CTC, but consider the cost of relocation and the culture fit.

That’s a good hike for Offer 1! But service companies can have variable projects.

If I was you, I will choose 2nd offer considering its a product company and no relocation required I can save that cost.
If I used to Bengaluru then I will not go elsewhere I have ton's of future opportunities also If I choose offer 2 and stay in Bengaluru

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit...
