This review is about 24-7 Intouch (Formerly, Knoah Solutions). Hyderabad, India office at Mindspace. If you want to experience managers shouting on you on the floor while other process members looking at their yelling, then it's best place to work. Dictator type management. The managers has no shame yelling at employees in front ofeveryone. The management does not value your inputs. Attrition rate: More than half of the employees who joined, left in less than 6 months. Remarkable attrition rate. Managers: They have no morale. They may have degrees but they lack discipline, character and personality. Management: Few members in upper management seem to be permanent employees like they stay forever in the company. I'm confident that they have police cases on them and cannot get job in other companies. They are very well bonded just like family members and they fire low level employees for their own mistakes by putting all client blame on poor fellow employees. Training: Training is not properly given and they expect you to be experts. One complex process required 6 months of training and they finished it in a month with hurry burry. Leaves: Availing leaves is a top crime. You earn 1.75 days leave after being present for a month. These earned leaves you cannot avail. No matter how sick you are, you cannot use your earned leaves. Its like even if you are dead, your soul should come to work. If you take one or two leave in a month, never expect 'Get well soon' instead the management will treat you very, I repeat very bad which can make you even sick and take a permanent leave (resignation). Insurance: No health insurance provided by company. All medical expenses from your pocket only. Transport: It is horrible. After your shift you have to wait for as long as 2 hours looking for your cab. This happens 5 out of 10 times. HRs: HRs are young ladies around 25 age wise and are super rude. We raised a complaint and got to know that one of those HRs was referred by some top management guy. HRs are puppets of managers so letting them know what's happening is waste of your time and efforts. HRs themselves make so many mistakes and expect you to make none. Time management: Managers put all of their strength to hold back after your logout time for some meetings. Work too hard for 8 hours and if you log out at your shift end is a considered grave sin. Many time we missed out cabs due to this. While in my previous 3 good companies they ensured timely logouts (logins as well). Meetings to be conducted at the start of the day or middle of the day as our brains will be more receptive. Meetings at end of the day when we are already tired is not helpful at all. Nobody really listens because tired employees eagerly wait for end of meeting than learning, taking points or contributing to meeting. Unfair treatment: Rules are not applicable to some employees who are little senior. They can login late. Can underperform. Can do less work. Can take breaks on their own times. Advice for all: It would be better to open a small business like a Tea stall by roadside than accepting job offer from this company because What's the difference? You don't gain any respect sitting in AC and working between computers. Rude customers on Tea stalls will be much more better than these wolf bosses who can fire you, insult you anytime....Read More

There is nothing good to like in this company. The TL's always play victim with associates. They pressurize and penalize in every possible way. They're playing with our careers.

Dislikes

The management themselves are least bothered about associates who are working extra hard to support their team leader. They play dirty politics and stop promotions for the deserving candidates and hire those who agree to whatever they say.
