Learning scope is very wide and lot of platforms to get skilled up

Appraisals and hike is not done properly in each cycle and performance review is not taken seriously by managers it s just a comment section for them in feedback which remains in words not reflected in salary .

Likes

Flexible working, learning and development, company web portal are fine

Dislikes

Leave policy, appraisal policy, benefits are low, should deal with better clients. No appreciation. No team gathering and outing Because of this behavior j quit before getting any other offer

Dislikes

intense work pressure, limited career growth due to hierarchical structure, micromanagement, repetitive tasks, a perceived lack of valuable work, strict adherence to timings, poor work-life balance, and concerns about inadequate compensation, particularly for entry-level employees

I like the infosys but appraisal is not good Also there is no good internal management system so otherwise all good

Dislikes

I don't like the internal management its deploying project random bases not on skills based then given training already there are lots of employees have the skills but they did not go for it random people they taken

I don’t like much aspects in infosys and its policies.

Dislikes

First of all there will be no hikes even you work more than 4 years and even if you work up to your mark exactly when the appraisal time they’ll release from the project so that you can’t ask them for appraisal if you ask for appraisal they will say you are not in the project till the projected time so you are not applicable for appraisal.

If you are in project and maintains good relationship with manager, Your job will be secure. If not you will be released from project and kept under PIP which keeps you in danger

Dislikes

No proper hikes. No proper recognization. No proper leaves. No proper project as per your skill.

not at all a good company, no good pay no recognition no benefits nothing for the employees, never they will value your efforts and work done , in my 8 years I have not got any good experience from infosys
