All things I dislike about Infosys.One of the worse decision of my life to join Infosys.Never join this company if you are even getting 5x salary hike never join I have experienced it.

Nothing to like, all are practically bootlickers, only those will survive who licks boots, there are no friends if you think you have you are wrong, nobody will help, toxic manager vinil paliwal and their lead shailendra Pandey and senior manager piyali bagchi running project and forced me to sign resignation even when I was not in their project for more than 1 year

Dislikes

Everything, nothing to like, this is just a company I want to see getting destroyed , especially Kolkata branch all toxic beareaucrates are basically in senior position and in even organisation teams, everything is just money

ECC guest house and campus which is very peaceful and beautiful place.

Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

No one ask you anything. If your work on track. There are plenty of projects. So job security is favorable.

Dislikes

Politics and no hike no promotion for 2years cycle. Cycle is sep to oct. So if you joined after septemper you will get hike after 3 years. Salary is not up to mark. Very low in the market.

I don't think I need to say anything about that. Afterall, everyone knows some of the tags related to infosys like 70hr. per week, lowest salary among these type of companies.

Work life balance is great. There's a very good job security at Infosys. Company culture is also nice

At the time of promotions or increment, it's not very good.. You won't be getting a hike or promotion according to your work done.

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3. Another worst thing is no salary hike for the last 2 years. 4.There will be lot of work pressure where you can not attend any internal trainings as well. I have joined infosys for a contratul role and funny thing is even my manager is not sure with my role. He is not sure why he hired me. Once project got stabiled he told to leave on 29 November 2024.then internally got an opportunity to attend interview with a project manager and amazed with his knowledge. He has the knowledge of 5th standard student and expecting the contractual people to have PhD knowledge. Never join in infosys for a C2H role . Its not MNC culture, they will ask you to work on weekends. Very bad clients they have, they will not recognize you have to do chatugari of everyone then they will know how hardworker you are. Not giving any hike

Company is good, but the managers used to pressure sub coordinator to work more and they used to take rest. Huge politics in the team.

Dislikes

Unwanted politics between the team, Manager used to help them who is closed to them. Manager used to have gutkha on the floor since they are in facilities team. Very bad culture in bhubaneswar infosys. No one giving correct information to top management.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

Dislikes

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.
