I was interviewed for Oracle developer role on 6th of April and I got confirmation on 12th April for the next level processing by asking to fill out mandatory form which has my basic details and previous company details. Then after 10 days I got a call from HR team for my HR discussion and salary discussion. Once I gave my expectations on salary he said we will get back in min 10 days for the confirmation on salary and offer letter. But within 3 days he called me again and asked for my previous company reviced compensation letter so I have shared him on main that too. So after 10 days I gave him a call but he simply said you are not shortlisted for the job... Arey I was totally blank I have rejected two more offers because of this company I have cleared HR discussion and all... Suddenly I was hearing that I was not shortlisted... I don't how come they can say just like this after completing HR discussion and salary discussion... Either they can negotiate the package or should accept it... But literally without any reason they rejected my profile... HR says I don't know the reason this is higher official decision. This is such a very very bad experience in my life....Read More

Company is good, but the managers used to pressure sub coordinator to work more and they used to take rest. Huge politics in the team.

Dislikes

Unwanted politics between the team, Manager used to help them who is closed to them. Manager used to have gutkha on the floor since they are in facilities team. Very bad culture in bhubaneswar infosys. No one giving correct information to top management.

A sense of job security as there are many projects. But this is not guaranteed.

No salary hikes. Work life balance reflects it's founder Mr Murthy's ideology 70 hours unofficial. They are reluctant to provide WFH although all your team members work from different offices.

Nothing to like, all are practically bootlickers, only those will survive who licks boots, there are no friends if you think you have you are wrong, nobody will help, toxic manager vinil paliwal and their lead shailendra Pandey and senior manager piyali bagchi running project and forced me to sign resignation even when I was not in their project for more than 1 year

Everything, nothing to like, this is just a company I want to see getting destroyed , especially Kolkata branch all toxic beareaucrates are basically in senior position and in even organisation teams, everything is just money

Everything is worst for freshers, they just want headcount , managers is literally worst and the North Indian managers helps North Indian employees and such a worst work culture for freshers. Lot to say but useless

I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

The campus and the sports activity zone are great. I never got a chance to play though, always busy with work.
