Management is having very low level values, seems lot of them started thier career with Infosys 15 /20 years ago and they think what they are doing is correct . They doesnt how to respect and treat employees. WORST MANAGEMENT. Management do not respect employee , NO RESPECT. they literally shout on the employees for the work to bedone which creats lots of pressure . UNHEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT. They have a culture of reaching out to the employees over phone call irrespective of whether employee is on sick leave or long leave. They just cal for work. New employees also learning the same from management.. There won't be work life balance. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Management discuss about employee's performance with other peer employees in absense of the employee in a group meetings . BAD CULTURE. Managers are very rude to tell to the employees in group meetings or group chats that you won't be given HIKE. NO GOOD HIKE. NO TRANSPARANCY while assigning the projects / while assigning the work. Sometimes they RUIN your career without giving project as per your interests and skill set and say they can not release you for 18 months. RUIN CAREER. Management threatens employees about HIKE and job security . NO JOB SECURITY They treat employees as working MACHINE. PM and TL's are very cooperative on our work. This is one of the best MNC i have ever seen. Good nature friendly employees and even an employee can scale their experience 100%.
