Early 4 percentage hile in basic pay on take home salary, at least inflation percentage must be given. If you are promoted then 10-15 percentage that is also when you are in low salary. When you came as experienced for some good package you will be promoted but without hike.

Need to ware shoes. And I mean proper shoes. Even in rainy days they don't give you entry if you don't ware shoes. They don't trust employees there are check points every 500 meters.
