While my experience at Infosys was overall very positive , one area i found challenging was the initial on boarding process. The training sessions , though informative, sometimes felt overwhelming due to the amount of content that had to covered in a short period .

Infosys is good for mid level experience guys. Definitely NOT for managererialjob levels. Infosys is manager centric company and 360 degree scope and no work life balance. And it's luxury for above manager levels like Delivery manager, vice president, AVP, SVP, EVP. They just for approvals and can just ask questions and get the work done from lowerjob levels like project manager, sr. Project managers, group project managers. No ownership and responsibilities tagged to below PMs like leads, analysts, engineers. They are happiest creatures in Infosys. Most of freshers and 1_2 yrs if experiences guys stand at bench for months and years too.. One good point to mention is campuses are good to relax freshers and greenery....Read More

Especially NOT good for JL6 and equalent consultants level, that's too laterals. Guys who joined 15 and 20byrs before, they backed up with management.. Very poor appraisal process. Every thing there as per policy. But no practical . Very poor HR process they just good for doing regular documentation tasks. When really employee related issues arise, then they totally rely on managers. They don't have any updates on appraisals....Read More

I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

The team leaders and managers are the worst. Even if you have leaves, you're not allowed to take them. When asked why, I was told that there was not enough people despite everybody being present at work. Worst company to work for besides Byjuus. No work life balance. Management is incapable of understanding employees.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company.
