No competitive salary irrespective of performance, snail paced growth, longer time periods even if you are lucky to get transition to other interests within the company. Though there are good campus and certain benefits within campus, at the end of day salary is very less. As you grow there are limited paths of either being technical architect or project/delivery manager where you do only project management work with no limit to responsibilities (if you are in development side) but no other diverse roles to play like engineering manager or development manager or technical program/project manager etc. You will be stuck with doing only operational and PMO work. Out of interest I used to work like engineering/ technical manager, but was not able to get rid of PMO OR operational work, which consumes almost 8 hrs in a day in every single day...Read More
