Job security is definitely there for skilled resources. There are opportunities to learn new skills. Work life balance depends on what kind of project you are in.
Salary is really poor does not matter how good your performance is. Promotion is timely only at junior level.

I don't think I need to say anything about that. Afterall, everyone knows some of the tags related to infosys like 70hr. per week, lowest salary among these type of companies.

Apart from skill development, there has been nothing so far.
Everything problem, no proper project, no proper facilities to sit if you want to go office you have to chase your seats via application otherwise you will get seats, if you don't go office they wont approve your timesheets so LOP. Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More

work life is so good, but for some projects it may be difficult but overall Infosys is a very good space to work.

Working culture is totally depends upon client and project. For our project there WFO-hybrid is not mandatory upto JL5 l, so that is good thing for me.
Appraisal/promotion not happened sonce last 3 years, no project party, no team lunch, no diwali bonus/gift. Comp-off will get if you worked for 2 days then only you get 1 comp-off, no extra pay.

I like working at Infosys Ltd because of the positive work environment and the campus, which is full of greenery. It creates a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere that enhances productivity and overall well-being.
What I dislike about working at Infosys Ltd is the salary and promotion rating system. The salary is quite low, and even though I received a promotion, the increment was not significant. Moreover, I haven’t received an appraisal in the last three years, which has been quite discouraging.

Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.
I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

2 way cabs for night shift employee Salary on time If you are in electronic City campus then you will like gym, and ball game area.
The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. I left without having any offer in my hand and after that I got another organisation which is way better than this shit company....Read More
