Job security wise and learning wise okay.

Dislikes

No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Unit work will be more than the project related work or sometimes equal. Good Ratings are not given eventhough you perform very better. Mediocre management and various pathetic company policies.

Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. Office politics here you will loose job even after doing work of 4 people they will take free salary. You get so fed up that you have resign from the job....Read More

Work culture , poor work life balance. They even charge you for parking even in SEZ . The prices in cafeteria are higher. And obviously we all know Narayan murthy the boss expects you to work 14 hours a day for India’s growth not Infosys growth!!!

They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Not good for freshers. Office politics. Very very less growth even after staying for years. Over that 3 months notice period will make things even more difficult for people to switch.

Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.

Worst place for freshers to join, as there is no room to learn or grow in what you are interested. But if you are are yes sir/mam and always there to please people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.

My salary is not increased yet, i have completed 2 years at Infosys. No increment, no appraisal.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.

The higher-level people, such as the project manager and team lead, lack knowledge and are in their positions only because of their comfort zone. Suppose a candidate has knowledge about a particular technology but lacks hands-on experience because their previous company did not involve that technology. During the client and screening interview, the way these interviewers speak is ridiculous. They say things like, "You do not have knowledge and all," and expect candidates to know everything and have practical experience from their previous organization. Infosys, please work on this. Not every person has real-time experience in the technology you require in the project and just because of that you reject the candidate for projet allocation,suppose candidate reject the project then you expect valid reason please provide vice versa equality in project rejection with valid reason....Read More

Promotions are not timely. Yearly appraisal are not effective, experienced from past 3 years. Salaries are low. Based on project, you will need to work on weekends too for few hours. Like 2-3

3.5yrs, I've worked hard for this company. If I turn back and look, I did not have a life after work at all. I was the top performer in my team. But. I still did not get any hikes or promotion even after asking for it. Infosys has given me that tag of "yoe =3.5" but nothing else. Simple example : They trained me in software dev for 3months and put me in support project. It took me 2.5 yrs to come out of that support project with manager approval and landed a data engineer role. I won't suggest infy to the worst of my enemy.
