Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Doing unproductive tasks in the project. Productive work will be 30-40 % . Rest is unproductive work like excel work, documenting etc. Career is doomed working with such organisation. The worst is the management. They give a deaf ear to our expectations, issues etc. Always lazying and only waking up when the client makes any sound. Such an unprofessional organisation.
