Work culture , poor work life balance. They even charge you for parking even in SEZ . The prices in cafeteria are higher. And obviously we all know Narayan murthy the boss expects you to work 14 hours a day for India’s growth not Infosys growth!!!

They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

Promotions are not timely. Yearly appraisal are not effective, experienced from past 3 years. Salaries are low. Based on project, you will need to work on weekends too for few hours. Like 2-3

3.5yrs, I've worked hard for this company. If I turn back and look, I did not have a life after work at all. I was the top performer in my team. But. I still did not get any hikes or promotion even after asking for it. Infosys has given me that tag of "yoe =3.5" but nothing else. Simple example : They trained me in software dev for 3months and put me in support project. It took me 2.5 yrs to come out of that support project with manager approval and landed a data engineer role. I won't suggest infy to the worst of my enemy. Job security and work life balance is great.

Dislikes

No scope of good work, no promotion or hikes. No good projects to work on and not able to have faith in any team mates as everyone of them is doing politics. If you don't know how to do sweet talk or being introvert then you can assume your career will end here

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

I like the hybrid culture at Infosys. Timings and work life balance totally depends on the project you got assigned to.

Hikes and career growth are totally bad. If someone is looking for stability that can go for Infosys but if someone wants good salary increments and promotions, at Infosys it will take a lot of time.

Really a cool company to work and have lot of opportunities to learn especially for freshers and even for experienced, people can really shift between projects if they wish to. Flexible timings less pressure Friendly environment Good food

Did not get any recognition, satisfactory increment, didn't get any promotion. They charge for Cab services. Not satisfied with package they are giving to freshers. It is same from last 15 years or maybe more.
