Initially, they ill say they have all project post on boarding even if your IL employee they ill put into BPO projects which will start by 10PM to 5AM. no promotions no appraisal from the company if you ask about appraisal manager will say its the company's decision. if they decided not to give appraisal or promotion then what is the use of filling goals and other stuff? it's all joke in this environment, this is only for selected regions people and who don't want to work or maintain the dignity in work place....Read More

From a fresher perspective, You will get project based on your luck or if you know someone in there who can pull you into their project. The growth is not much for fresher people. People have to leave the company after 2.5-3 years to grow. Because for the same amount of work, the market salary will be minimum of 3x times. Even for senior roles also, the hikes and all is bare minimum.
