Early 4 percentage hile in basic pay on take home salary, at least inflation percentage must be given. If you are promoted then 10-15 percentage that is also when you are in low salary. When you came as experienced for some good package you will be promoted but without hike.

Way too big an organisation to generalize anything but I feel better work life balance compared to smaller organisations.

I like working at Infosys Ltd because of the positive work environment and the campus, which is full of greenery. It creates a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere that enhances productivity and overall well-being.

What I dislike about working at Infosys Ltd is the salary and promotion rating system. The salary is quite low, and even though I received a promotion, the increment was not significant. Moreover, I haven’t received an appraisal in the last three years, which has been quite discouraging.

Trainings and Knowledge Base is really good at the company. Best place for a great learning curve and start to the career. I also have a good work life balance here. The culture is great. Everything depends on the project you get. Since it is a large organisation one has to create their own visibility. I have had a great experience here overall.

Salary hikes are very very slow. Secondly, i have received 20 -25% hike as well but the process involved is such a drag. Promotions are slow too. Despite being an outstanding performer for 2 years consecutively, i have not been promoted once in the last 3.5 years. Only received a progression, which is not a job level change.

There is so much to learn while working on live project. There is dedicated ETA department to help you with skill up by providing trainings and courses.

They failed to provide me work environment where I would feel respected by my teammates as a person. I did not want hike in terms of money but I was just looking for good work environment where I would get to learn lot of things and would feel involved in team meetings and all the work assigned by client.

Extra work hours, no compoff and pay for Saturday's support. Terrible managers who does not give leave eventhough you have 101 degree celsius fever. No appreciation and lot of politics. Worst management. They only care about the client and not about the employee's life. Due to stress, i resigned from Infosys without any offer.

I work in Wongdoody-Infosys. Wongdoody is the design team. The work culture at Infosys overall is good. The work culture at Wongdoody-Infosys if slightly better. Work life balance is good.

The salary is so damn low! Plus they didn't give hike to folks past 2 years. On the other hand, they are hiring more people - I don't know what's the logic. Projects are okay-ish. You will get a great project very rarely.

Good for womens who don't want to work much time while enjoying high salary. Good work from home policy 10/12 days office. Not much micromanagement, but might differ in project.

Project release is not easy. Some Managers can be pain in the A$$. Don't ever expect timely hikes and promotions. Policies related to hikes are very bad
