Salary hikes are very very slow. Secondly, i have received 20 -25% hike as well but the process involved is such a drag. Promotions are slow too. Despite being an outstanding performer for 2 years consecutively, i have not been promoted once in the last 3.5 years. Only received a progression, which is not a job level change.

Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee.
