I think other than events and campus nothing is good about Infosys I didn't enjoy it much bcoz even after working for 4 years if your salary is still 3.7LPA idk what to say. Makes no sense. Progression and promotions are so nonsense system

Dislikes

To retain projects they renew contracts by reducing the amount and cutting employees from the project which leads to lots of work year on year on one person.

The campus and the sports activity zone are great. I never got a chance to play though, always busy with work.

Salary breakage is worst and they are never disclose this before joining, also they are talking about process but its always change as per the requirement and if you do mistake manager are directly gives you warning and job threat like I will fire you.

The team leaders and managers are the worst. Even if you have leaves, you're not allowed to take them. When asked why, I was told that there was not enough people despite everybody being present at work. Worst company to work for besides Byjuus. No work life balance. Management is incapable of understanding employees.

The management is pathetic. If you are a good looking girl then this place is heaven for you. The manager will give you promotion and hike and everything. If you are honest and hard working guy then this place is not for you. The HR there is just for the namesake, they won't even pick up the call The night shift allowance is worse, you can't even get a pair of jeans from Zudio with that allowance. They ask you to come on time but they become blind if we are extending the shift. The yearly hike that they will provide is 1% pr 2% without shame. The CEO is asking to work for 70 hrs but not ready to provide the salary on that level. If you are stuck in Infosys and your project is good then it is ok, if not then try to change the project or change the company. No process,no culture,from joining to your release,the processes will harrass you. The managers don't care once u join a client project
