Work balance is good. Only 2 days of office remaining days wfh. Also the best part I felt was that for 2 days which you are going to office can be also done for only 3.5 hours rest you can do wfh.

It does train you for the hardcore professional corporate world. Be keen to learn and you will find a way to stumble upon something good be it a project, colleagues or even technologies. Take every failures as a learning and success as a part of your professional journey towards your growth. Some managers are quite good , they will reach out to you personally if you require any help.

The work is always there but so does the bench period. Sometimes you will have to settle for the less as it's a lottery based system for assignment of projects for freshers and you will have to be patient in terms of growth. People starting from absolute zero, it will take decades to reach a substantial level of financial security but there is no easy ladder to reach any required level.

This is the worst organisation ever when it's comes as compensation, hikes and promotions.No value for performance. They only compensate and promote people based on their state , degree, religion and caste even if they don't have the bare minimum eligibility to deserve that. Project allocation for lateral takes huge time. Only 5 days leave for each quarter of month. Very Less pay even for niche technology. 90% project here are support role no development work. Hike is very less sometimes no hike also. Offer letter shows high pay but in-hand salary will be very very less.

During pregnancy puts me in PIP when i returned from maternity leave even after clearing PIP gives bad ratings . May be they will asked me to resign in coming weeks I am single mother i dont know how i can deal with it
