They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Salary is very low as per market. No hike much. We don't get variable pay at least 50 Percent. If you get onsite opportunity then fine else we don't get much salary. No work life balance.

in some departments or project, find very difficulties to maintain work life balance due to project work policy. we need to maintain min. working our in ODC even we don't have work or need to collaboration in work, even when some emergencies except medical. but it is only in some cases overall it is good.

Good learnings, intelligent minds around to work with, corporative teammates. Flexibility choose WFO days.

Work life balance , no fun activities just work. No other benefits apart from salary and vp(which is ours) , less vacation days Comparison to other organizations.

No hike even after 2 years accross all levels. Believes in lean team thereby increasing work pressure on all resources constantly. Expects resources to stretch and has no regards for personal life and work life ⚖️.

Heavily dependent on who and how your manager is, they can make or break your career. They would support you if they are nice people else they won't lift a finger. Employees are always addressed as 'resources'

The company blindly follows what client says, they do not consider the employee validations.Rude leadership and they use client appreciation to evaluate the performance of an individual no proper transition is given to new joinee and we are not expected to make any errors,no support from leadership for new hires.no work life balance.

Need to face the brunt of Top Management Politics for any internal project roles. I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.
