We won't get any recognition in the project and company as well but it mainly depends on the manager and if you are thinking about money means this company is not for you as we won't get any appraisals or bonuses

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Likes

Infosys great for experienced people who wants to retire or someone who wants to setle. Work culture is great and no one can force you do certain things. Best for women employees.

No promotions and it's almost impossible to move from one position to another.

Appraisals and hike is not done properly in each cycle and performance review is not taken seriously by managers it s just a comment section for them in feedback which remains in words not reflected in salary .

I like the infosys but appraisal is not good Also there is no good internal management system so otherwise all good

I don't like the internal management its deploying project random bases not on skills based then given training already there are lots of employees have the skills but they did not go for it random people they taken

1. Finacle unit is the worst unit in Infosys 2.Once you are into one project then the only way to come out of that project is Resignation. They will not let you release even after 2 years also. By mistakenly, if you ask release then managers will start targetting you and will mark you as bad performer even though you are doing goodthroughout all cycles. 3.
