The most worst feeling, I’m facing in Infosys because of some office politics, I don’t know why they are doing this, but my Manager is like I don’t know what’s for that person of Patil and some office holidays. Nothing post lockdown, all facilities diminished to existence even now. All those culture and things vanished from Infosys completely now, now it's like just another some sense company

Work culture Over hours expectations No promotion hike to existing employees No facilities like heard from peers previously. Who cares attitude of management, HR and Company overall.

Salary, Hike criteria and work assignments, they will not assign work for freshers based on their skills, due to their decisions its ruined most of the freshers career and they will struggle to move next company or level.

If you are working in CCD then there is no like about this work. you are not IL employee so you will treat like a slave you have to do all the work whether it is your or not ,Some managers are very rude.no matter how much efforts you have put still you will be consider as a not trustworthy employee as you are a subcontractor .

I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position. A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.

Worst place for freshers to join, as there is no room to learn or grow in what you are interested. But if you are are yes sir/mam and always there to please people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.

My Salary not increased, no work life balance, company thinks we employees are robots, need to work at any cost, no UPL allowed, if you want to take leaves you will need to inform a month ago. 2 years I have completed, no appraisal, your good work will not be apricated.

Job security wise and learning wise okay.

Dislikes

No hikes for multiple consecutive years for laterals, atleast 3 to 4 years, need to be very hard internally. Lot of politics, onsite only for who put down the papers. Unit work will be more than the project related work or sometimes equal. Good Ratings are not given eventhough you perform very better. Mediocre management and various pathetic company policies.

Worst work culture. Team members used abusive Language curse words. I handled complete project responsibility of project we were team of 4 but 0% contribution from team members I have handled all the development and all the work . Team members only used to talk too much and steal credit actually doing nothing. 3 members got paid for free over 8 months. When I brought up team dynamics with manager it has not been taken care and dismissed as joke . I brought this up many times in 9 months but it was not taken seriously. So I resigned. Office politics here you will loose job even after doing work of 4 people they will take free salary. You get so fed up that you have resign from the job....Read More
