I don't know about the promotion part because only my 7 months is completed here . Some people say it's takes time to get promoted because it's not fixed here that if you passed 1 year automatically you have promoted like other company give . Floors we have to maintain in our project not sure about others project.

Excellent place to work. We get many options to learn and the seniors here are very supportive who help wherever and whenever required. Best place for learning any technology.

It allowed me to gain hands on experience in a professional setting , working alongside supportive and telented colleagues .

While my experience at Infosys was overall very positive , one area i found challenging was the initial on boarding process. The training sessions , though informative, sometimes felt overwhelming due to the amount of content that had to covered in a short period .

Pay is very bad. Hike from 2023 is still pending and hike percentage usually do not cross single digits irrespective of top rating. Example, If salary is 100. JL6 - fixed pay-30% var - 5-15% super annuation - 30% tax bracket from govtd = 100-30-5% sa - 20% tax assumption=45 rs, so you get 45 at hand of your ctc is at 100 Similarly 20%var for JL5 and 10% var for JL4 Just do the math and how under par salary....Read More

Infosys manager and HR didn't respond to mails and calls for days despite multiple follow ups and reminders. None of them know about Infosys policies. Each time they just ask you to raise ticket with support team and they just forward any questions to each other resulting in confusion and choas.
